Our Mission
Forest School is a nature-based outdoor learning program that nurtures and prioritises holistic development and growth in children through long term, hands-on learner-led activities that support the development of their social, personal and technical skills . Sessions are held in natural spaces such as forests, woodlands, and other green spaces. Our focus is on fostering independence, self-esteem, and confidence through exploration, problem-solving, and managing risks in a natural environment. Sessions are run by a level 3 Forest School Leader, supported by teaching assistants where necessary to maintain a healthy safe ratio of staff to children. We welcome children of all ages from all backgrounds including those with special educational needs.
